How will I receive my order?
If you’ve ordered a physical item, it will be shipped within 3 weeks via Royal Mail. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
As items are made to order, refunds are only offered if your item arrives faulty. Please take care when reading descriptions and sizing, and feel free to get in touch if you have any questions before ordering.
If you’ve purchased a digital item, your files will be available to download immediately via the email provided at checkout.

Can I sell garments made using your patterns or guides?
Yes - individuals are very welcome to sell garments made using my patterns in small quantities. I just ask that you credit the design as “by GuavaBaby” or tag @guava.baby where possible.
Patterns and guides are not to be used for mass production, and the files themselves must not be copied, shared, or resold.

I can’t find my digital download!
Please check your spam or junk folder first, as emails can sometimes end up there.
